Big O Tires

I was alerted to the shocks being worn out. I was not told that a few months ago when I purchased tires. The shocks were quoted incorrectly and I agreed to pay the cost of the extra shocks but not the additional labor and it was declined. 25 year client.

I left my car while I had another appointment. Car was ready for me when I returned.

My problem with your shop is your sales person stating the car would be ready by a certain time, knowing the tires had to be picked up from another store, and not calling to inform me that there would be a delay. Then showing up at the time that the car was to be ready, only to wait an additional hour until it was complete. I had to cancel an appointment because of this unexpected delay. In my world a few more minutes is no more than 10 minutes not an hour, and I'm sorry for the delay 30 min past is just piss poor customer service!!! You've lost a loyal customer.

Friendly staff and my car was ready right on time

I only deal with Angelo and Eddie. They are the best. I seems like you now have unexperienced sales people working with them. It used to be that the staff was like an Indy car stop. In and out. Now its changing and it is not for the better. "T" was a wizard and took care of the customer, Angelo is the best of the best. Ed is very professional and good. Everyone else seems like they are here on week and gone the next. Not a good recipe for us customers that have been coming for years. We know the difference and the revolving door means that there in now something wrong. You did have a 10 rating from me,

On Dec. 29th I brought my car in for tire rotation and alignment check. It took slightly over 3 hrs. to complete the work. On Jan. 4th I had to return to this location because the Flat Tire Monitor light came on in red. I explained to the sales associate that the same thing happened the last time this store worked on my tires. It took about 30 minutes for my car to be checked out and monitor reset. The sales associate apologized for the inconvenience and said the technician forgot to reset the monitor when the tires were rotated. I've been a Big O customer for at least 10 yrs and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. I'm considering not returning to this location for future work if the technicians are unable to fully & accurately complete the service.

We have been customers of ths Big O for almost 30 years. Very disappointed that the service technician did not follow through on what we asked to be done on the car. we had brought the car in to have a part replaced on the seat belt. We told the the technician that we also wanted a tire rotation and to check the alignment. We later called and added an oil change. everything was done except the alignment. when I called to ask why it was not done( I did not pick up the car), Ted just kept giving me excuses even though I told him the Technician who checked in the car said it would be done. He never followed through and never wrote it on the order. I did not bring the car in my daughter did and she is definitely partly to blame for not checking the order before she left. I definitely did not appreciate the excuses from Ted. He did offer for us to bring the car back today but we were unable to. Unfortunately we will have to wait for another more convenient time that is not so close to a holiday.

I've been a customer of Big O's for decades. The pricing and offers always seemed fair, so I never bothered to shop price. But as this last visit demonstrated, it may be time to shop the competition before making a decision.Also, all the offers that are sent to me by this business never apply to the tires for my vehicles. These buy 3 get 1 free ads I was told are only for designated tire brands, but the ads don't say that. Not really happy that the sales associate couldn't work with me.

They always do a great job and are very nice.

Incorrect mileage reported, appointments are not honored.

Eddie was professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with.
