Disappointed at this time oil/filter change and tire rotation for my Lexus RX350. Talked to Angelo on phone before going there. Told him exactly the make and model of car. He said the price would be total of $75 including taxes, recycling etc., minus the $10 coupon on their website. So that would be a total of $65. When my wife took it there, he told her that for my vehicle additional oil was needed so the total cost came out to be around $87. What a shame. And after going ahead and getting the work done, now I find they did not even check and inflate the tire pressure. What kind of shop rotates the tires and does not even inflate the tires?

Better service, about a year ago (early 2018) there was a dip in service. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years.

Made an appointment for 10 and the car wasn't touched until 11:45?? What's the point of making an appointment? Also, you don't carry the oil we wanted for the oil change 20w50. It took 3.5 hours to do a tire rotation(bought the tires from you) and an alignment?? Yikes! Planning on new tire purchase for my Audi...not sure if I will use you....

Helped with suggestions for replacement parts for my car. Explained all steps of the repair. Will return if I need future service on my car. Thanks

First, let me say that this survey seems very poorly designed if you are really wanting some meaningful customer feedback. It's sparse and doesn't ask questions that I think you are going to learn much from this. Guys in front office were very nice. Whoever did the actual work and inspection needs some help writing clearly. I certainly couldn't decipher what their "remarks" were saying and I was not provided with a copy of their findings (I was told that you kept that copy for yourselves). How, then does it do me any good? Though the front office guys were nice, I had to ask what the technicians comments read and I had to ask for a copy of their findings. Apparently, providing that is not a standard practice of your.......and it should be.Tire tread depth wasn't measured on the form, but front office guy did it right away when I requested it. In summary, attitude seemed great but some of your practices were clearly lacking. Hope this helps make you better. I will try you again when my mileage and the calendar dictate. .llhis is one of the most sparse

Ted was extremely customer focused. There was an issue with my battery after the service and he took extra time and effort to help me out.

Pros: Got me in earlier than scheduled appointment; everyone was polite. Cons: Broke TPMS; Left wheel lock key in center console (twice - my car and my wife's car) even after I specifically asked that the wheel lock key be replaced in original location for future access; had to keep car overnight; forgot to do alignment; no correlation between accepted appointment time and whether tires are actually in stock. Conclusion: Would not use Big O again. Might as well use CostCo for better pricing and service.

Made an appt. Arrived, was quickly taken care of with regard to my order. Excellent service. Car was ready when promised and the new tires are great!

Don't get me wrong I like this store, buy all my tires her BUT... I took my car in for a quick tire rotation and was disappointed in that they did not use a paper floor mat and when my car was ready there were grease stains/marks on my carpeted floor mats. I went back in and told the service rep and he offered to clean them but I could take the time to do that.

They always seem to go above and beyond. I went in for an oil change and they delivered additional services to help me out - at no change.

I had some front end work and got an alignment. The alignment didn't work as my vehicle still pulls to the left. I now have to drive back to Danville to get it fixed. I brought it in at 11 am and finally got out of there at 4 pm. I was told "a couple of hours" when I dropped it off. Had I know that most of my day would be wiped out I would have made other arrangements. What are you going to do about this? John Ledahl 925-989-4994

I left my car while I had another appointment. Car was ready for me when I returned.

Had a 9:00AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take 1 - 1.5 hours with an appointment. The actual worked seemed to be fine, but the service took 3 hours, which is too far long for this type of service.

Friendly staff and my car was ready right on time

After my service the shield underneath me Audi A6 came loose as it was not secured properly. This caused damage to that shield from dragging and I was instructed to go to Big O in Livermore as it was the closest to me. I did that and the person taking my car could not even figure out how to start it..... shield was put on and secured. This is, by far, my worst experience at your location. Typically, I have received stellar service. I hope it gets back to that level in the future.

My car was towed to Danville Big O Tires to have a flat tire fixed. It was discovered that the tire rim was bent. The workers said they would try to straighten out the rim so that the new tire would seal and not leak. After working on my car for several hours I was told that the tire and rim were good to go. Being a senior citizen, having to drive by myself on the freeways 2 hours to get home, I asked them if my car was safe to drive. I was assured that it was. They had tested the tire in water and no bubbles so no air leak. I left Danville and by the time I got to Livermore the low tire warning light came on my car. Long story short, I had to stop several times and try to get enough air into the tire to get me home. It was dark, I was on the freeway at rush hour, very scary experience. My husband in Oakdale ended up driving and meeting me in Manteca to air the tire up again and drive it on home. Big O Tires needs to train their workers to be conscientious, meticulous, complete and careful before turning a car over to the customer. I could have had a flat tire on the busy 580 freeway, a wreck, who knows? I do know that I am very thankful to have made it home.

Oil change is a total misleading offer. I came with a Groupon offer and the service manager started to add and to add and to add and to add items apparently not included in the offer. IAt the I paid more than 100% because all the adders. Why does big o tire make this? This is not professional?

I had a small nail in my tire and it was repaired quickly and at a low cost.
