Second visit my breaks we're left down after oil change. I'm pressing the gas burning the breaks without knowing after leaving without noticing we gotta be more careful fair customer service low quality operation

I usually always go there for an oil change I buy a Groupon and I jUst need to pay for the recycling fee... but this time they didnt have the specialty filter and when its in stock I dont pay for it but if they have to order it, I do pay. So I wont come back.

i had come 12/19/19 for a wheel alignment . Big O tires had suggested using Groupon to get a 6 month alignment warranty which i did. i also did a vehicle inspection at big o tires and was told my front and lower control arms would need to be fixed sometime. In Jan of 2020 i had front my control arms fixed at the service center i get my repairs done. They told me an alignment needed to be done and i told them i would take it to big o tires since i had the warranty. on bringing my car to big o tires the rep asked why i needed an alignment. i told him the reason. he was extremely rude, said it was not covered under the warranty. i had to repurchase a 6 month warranty again from Groupon. On telling him nowhere in the contract are there any restrictions on when i can get an alignment. He was rude, spoke loudly mocking me and then said i should have had the repairs done at big o tires and not gone elsewhere and they would have then covered the alignment. I told him Big o tires needs to explain to the customers what the warranty covers and what it does not. Had i told him i felt my alignment was off and not told him the truth would he have covered the alignment under the warranty makes me wonder. Does telling the truth count anymore.

Watch out for what they say and what they do not. Purchased alignment warranty (during last service in July 2019) after "sale" talk by one of the reps and on next service (Dec 2019) was told warranty is void due to repairs elsewhere. While it seems logical, no one mentioned when warranty was sold to me and none of the signed papers say that either. Would have come back to Big O for repairs, just does make sense to buy warranty and do repairs elsewhere IF I knew beforehand. Upon questioning, it's company policy was the answer without anything to back it up. Conversation from the rep was in anger, unprofessional and the store manager (assuming) was listening in the background without any reaction.The whole experience was poor. I came in for a oil change and when I came back to pick up my Landcruiser they tell me my air shocks were leaking. I paid $1,800.00 last year for new shocks so I went to my mechanic the next day to check them out and he tells me the shocks are perfectly fine???? JC in Danville

On two occasions it was recommended that I have some very expensive work performed on my vehicle. Since the estimate for the work was $1,000 I took the vehicle to another local shop for another bid. On both occasions the shop said the work was not even needed!

Took my suv in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Picked the car ip, on arriving home discovered tires had not been rotated (based on curb marks and I wash the car so I know). No apology, just reschedule for next day to rotate tires. Picked up car after rotation, drove home, and on the way the skid plate and another part fell out from front of car and subsequently run over by rear tires, destroying the dropped parts in the process. Took car back and showed salesman the damage, he assured me yesterday that it was their fault, he would have the parts and install them within 'a couple days'. We'll see,

Not a good experience for both my wife's car and mine....My wife's car leaked oil when she got home after an oil change...apparently the o-ring on the nut was worn and not replaced...she brought it back for repair....My car leaked a 10ft. trail of oil up my paver stone driveway...i brought it back...was told when the filter was replaced they did not take precaution with the oil dripping....totally disappointed and had to power wash the drive way but the stains are still visible.
