Big O Tires

Excellent service completed in the shortest amount of time. Replaced a tire that had a fractured side wall with the exact brand and size.

Chris was fantastic and very detail oriented and diligent. He called to even let me know that a part was not necessary and initiated a refund. Krys was great.

The service was thorough and reasonably priced. Victor was super friendly explained everything and the car was done before I expected it. They did an inspection and let me know I need a new battery.

I was highly satisfied in with the overall experience because I know almost (if not) everyone who works at that location is into cars as a hobby, I’ve actually met a few of the employees at race events before. I feel nervous seeing mechanics who don’t love vehicles, so to have met some of these guys at the race track before I even needed tires gave me faith that this was the best place to go. It honestly wasn’t a question of where else to go, I literally watched them change tires on the race track.

Great Service

They’re close to where I volunteer so I can drop off and leave while I’m working. The prices are competitive and I like that they’ll add air for free. Unfortunately I was charged for a battery check and it was supposed to be free.

To start with, Chris and Victor in the service advisor area were very helpful in taking my order and confirming that I would receive the full synthetic oil that I wanted. The charge for the service was clearly told to me before the service. I left my car with Big O and a couple of hours later got a courteous phone call that the vehicle was ready. Chris handled turning the vehicle back over to me and that was courteous. I am very pleased with the service received at my local Big O.

The manager was very upfront and honest. We discussed options and timeframes for this and other eventual services. I could tell he and his staff work very well together and that ensuring the customer is happy is a priority.
