Big O Tires

Excellent service completed in the shortest amount of time. Replaced a tire that had a fractured side wall with the exact brand and size.

Repairs on a car are not inexpensive-especially when you need to replace all 4 tires for the season. I'm a Costco member as well so I did a bit of shopping around. I've always gone through Costco because their brand name is reliable, but the tire center always seems a bit forgettable when it comes to their service because 1. you have to go out of your way to schedule an appointment 2. It's a big company so you don't get greeted by the mechanics themselves-everything is done through the person at the front desk and 3. Costco is always busy so bringing your car to their locations is always a hassle. At the Danville Big O location, I can pull in, ask a quick question or even bother the mechanics for some air in my tires-which I did countless times these past two weeks while planning to get new tires (I drove over 2 nails in my rear tire but the tread was so low that the recommendation was to get all new tires). Everyone at this Big O location was extremely helpful and even helped compare the services and benefits between them and Costco. I never feel like I'm over charged or treated as if I don't know anything about cars.

The Danville Big O Tires deserves much praise. From Rick answering phone calls in the early morning meanwhile trying to assist a long line of customers, he managed to still provide insight. Wayne, shout out, has been nothing but consistent, thorough, and honest! Thank you for that! The best for last, Chris - the manager, has been accommodating after listening and assessing my current car troubles. I really do appreciate this and will continue to send folks your way; myself included! I did stumble upon a YELP review on 8/14/23 that I'd like to debunk. This shop does not have biases against women. I have observed Wayne and other technicians greet each customer to assess who was first, and acknowledged each patron. So, that YELP review is FALSE. Thank you to your staff for your authenticity. We'll see ya next time.
