Big O Tires

They took a Saturday morning appointment which many shops won't do. It was done when promised and called to let me know it was ready to pick-up. Nice front counter staff, no one waiting in line long, or on hold on the phone; very competent staff keeping the business moving.

I was satisfied because of the friendliness and patience of the associate working at the counter. All of the pricing options were explained to me and I felt no sales pressure when speaking with the associate.

Great customer service. Oil change and New bulbs for my rearlights were changed in less than hour. No up selling which I really appreciated

I really appreciate the time they took to explain what exactly was being done and they worked on my car and got it in and out on a very busy day, plus the technician and Derek took the time to go over the work performed. I got an appointment next Wednesday for tire rotation and wheel alignment.

As always, the manager and his staff did a wonderful job replacing my cut tire. It was under warranty and they had on in stock, replaced the tire and charged me very minimally. 20 yrs I've been going to the same dealership. ALWAYS excellent service!!!

Fantastic Service!!! Mike helped me with all my needs, got me credit so I could take care of my car. Not only did they replace two tires and a wheel alignment but they were able to change my transmission oil and work on my AC. I would not hesitate to return to this honest shop!!

Customer service was great, I just don't expect to be made to wait while calls are being answered when I was already being helped, the caller should be placed on hold .

Deyrick is a great help. I have stayed with this location through different owners. Deyrick is the constant that has always provided friendly, efficient service.

After make an appointment and it being confirmed by big O I arrived at the appointment time only to find out that store did not have the tires in stock I had requested and had to return the next day. Two trips and extra time off work when it should have only taken one trip.

Deyrick, Shirley and all the staff are so great that we consider each other family. Even though the branch is not the closest one to my house, I happily drive the distance to have all 4 of my cars serviced there. Best service I have EVER received.
