I am terrible with names, but Shelley or Sherry was awesome. Knew her stuff. Staff were up front with cost, time required to have the work done and I am highly satisfied with the tires that I ordered. I also got an alignment, had the brakes checked and an oil change. My car loved it's SPA day...

Everything was great, I just didn't expect to wait 3 hours for an oil change.

Our car has been running rough, but no "Check Engine" light was on, so something weird (and bad) was going on. Your crew took the time to figure out it was the valve cover gasket leaking. This has probably been going on since we bought the car, as it has always had just this little something no mechanic could ID. We'll be getting the job done soon; have to prepare for the large price tag.

I contacted the store late in the day & they gladly took care of me right before closing time.

They forgot the caps for my valve stems and when they did the oil change got oil all over the exhaust

I wish I had a better overview of what my purchase gave me esp. with warranty, and on going care of my set of tires...rotation? balance of tires? etc.

Referred to certified shop, was automatically disappointed when they said breaks were good but I knew different. Decided to give a Go at Big O Tires and not only did they correct the first shops diagnosis, My breaks and rotors were warped and just all the way around terrible!. Big O Tires fixed and made sure the car had been safe to drive. The whole experience made me feel secure and confident and will definitely be returning to have them look at my other vehicles.

The tires being replaced part of the service was very good. However, over the phone Hal quoted me $438 total out the door. When I arrived another associate pulled up the order and printed it out. He asked me to sign to authorize the work, and I saw the charge was now $564. Hal had added in a $90 wheel alignment without consulting me and the additional $38 that was also added, I have no idea what that was for. The other associate got the total down to $426, no wheel alignment.

Excellent customer service

Overall everything was fine. The shop was busy and once the tires arrived the technician got right to my car. The counter people were able to check me in quickly. I made an appointment 3 days ahead and expected the tires to be there but instead I had to wait an additional 1/2 hour for them to show up. I put staggered sizes on the car and the technician mixed up the sizes on one side of the car. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home and had to pay the local shop to switch them.

Always fantastic customer service and always gets the job done right.
