It took a very long time for me to receive my car back and I had to retrieve my own car it was not pulled to the front of the store it was in the back of the shop

The guy does not know the national promotion for oil change and took more than 15 minutes to complete the initial paperwork. The parking is small and unorganized.

I scheduled an appointment for Goodyear tires, but due to a computer error, they were not in stock at this location. The customer service person apologized and gave me a few options to consider. I choose to purchase a different tire at the original quoted price, which saved me money for a better tire. I’m very happy with the SUMITOMO HTR tires and would come back to this location.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at 10:45am and I was told my vehicle would be ready by 12:30pm-1pm. Showed up at 1pm and my vehicle was nowhere near ready. Was told that I was next and 45 minutes went by and was still waiting for an oil change. I asked again and the rep told another rep to get my vehicle up next which they finally did. By time my vehicle was ready it was 2:45pm. I was in the waiting area for almost 2 hours.

Your welcomed immediately. To be attended to very quickly. Customer service is always great. Very honest. I take all my vehicles to big o tires. Weather the job is small or big.

It's very sad after being a customer of Big O for more 13 years and your find out little scheming, Which are fraudulent. I was very sad when I discovered this and it's been like five times and no body seems to take a blame for it.

They didn't call when the car was done. I had to call them after 90 minutes. They did not turn off the oil change alert on my dashboard. And they did replace the next oil change reminder sticker on my windshield. I had a Groupon so maybe that means "discounted"� customer service.

My center cap was lost then found. I came back to pick it up and they lost it again. Went back and forth through texts and emails. They said they would order new ones to match. This was in November. I am still waiting and it's almost February!!
