My husband and I have been very disappointed in the Big O tires we have been getting serviced in the past 8 years. After Big O Tires changed the tires on our van my car has been shaking. We took it back in and they said nothings wrong with it. And for my corolla, we had some electrical problem. The electricians worked on our car and after we picked it up they screwed up our automatic head light sensor and said they couldn't do anything about it. At we picked up the corolla, they did something to our steering wheel and now it squeaks. We dropped off the corolla again a few days after, the mechanic claim that it's because of the tire rod that's why our car steering wheel squeaks and the reason why the car makes noises when we press on the break. After paying $674 for the tire rod we're still having the same problem. We will not return to Big O tires! Such a big disappointment. Can't resolve our issues and just wants us to waste money on unnecessary replacements

I needed a tire changed on a rim. The CDR stayed it would be about 30 minutes and we will call you when done. So I took my 3 year old granddaughter to McDonald's across the street. We were there for about 90 minutes, since I didn't get I call and it was getting late I walked back to shop. I was standing next to my car and I heard the metal doors closing and I went to where one of the workers were and I asked about my tire. Apparently no one knew anything and they stated we are closing. I told them I need my tire before I can leave. The guy asked a few other workers and they didn't know about my tire either. One guy went to the back and said is this your tire and I said yes. He was like this has been done and sitting here for almost 2 hours. I was really upset that no one called me. This is poor customer service and will not be coming back here again.

Great customer service. I was able to get in same day I called and the service adviser found me the best deal. Always satisfied when I go to Big O.

Friendly, fast, affordable service. The parking lot is extremely small. It was crowded and difficult to get in and out.

I went in hopes of getting a light on my dash to disappear and after overpaying and spending my day waiting for it to be fixed the light turned back on shortly after leaving the place.

I had a horrible experience and will not return to this location despite it being the closest to my house. I spent 3 of my days off over the last month dealing with this location and if you'd like to call me so that I could go further in to detail about my terrible experience I'd love to take the time to explain it to someone that has some authority to make positive changes at this location. I don't think I'm coming back. Firstly, it's obvious that this location differentiate Groupon paying customer, and non coupon user. Groupon user must make appointment between Monday to Friday only, no weekends. Secondly, even though we made an appointment for 9am, we didn't get out until around 10:30am, just for an oil change. If you inform your Groupon (or non Groupon) customers that if I buy $35 oil change and pay the $8 fee at the shop ($43 total) and wait 90 minutes, and must make appointment on a Monday to Friday only, I would have said "I rather go next door to Firestone". But because we already "pre-paid" it, and you guys pulled this stipulation, it's very deceiving. And of course I will warn the people from coming to businesses that practice deceits.

I have a complaint filed with the BBB and carfax for allowing a late damage report to be added after I bought my car. When the damage happened 3 YEARS ago 9 months before I bought the car. And it was JUST added. Now my car value has gone down dramatically because of this. Carfax wont do anything about it because it's not a branded title. I'm very upset about this. I want it either taken off or cash value for the trade in loss. If I need to I will hire a lawyer because this is dishonest.

I normally get oil changes here but I stopped because they broke my tire sensor. I went back for because I had a nail in my tire. Paid $35 didn't get my tires balanced like I should have for $35. I watched him put my car on a Jack and put my repaired tire on. Then tell me my car was done. I told the cashier I didn't get the balance and he kept saying I did. When I'm pretty sure that happens when you put the tires back on. Also the cashier took for ever to ring me up. Looking on his phone at the same time as getting my info in order. So disappointing. Bad customer service.

Horrible experience!! Had my alignment done..car pulled to right before i got their. They did alignment and it got worse. I asked to fix and they said we cant adjust anymore. That it must be the tires! Never heard of that before! Wont go back to big o!

I was very satisfied and felt completely comfortable and appreciated. The service advisor Adam D’Cunha was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how they were going to perform the service. Parts were really affordable and Tge cost of labor was very fair! I had taken my car to be diagnosed by a Chevy dealer and you guys were able to cut the cost by more than half the estimate from the dealer. I am very pleased and appreciate the manor in which your service advisor and Technician’s level of service was achieved. I am a return customer and it speaks volumes of how the store manager Deyrick Bobeda runs his shop. Top level associates and even better customer service! Thank you for everything and I’ll make sure my family continues telling their friends about how great this Big O Tires location is.

The dude asked me for my odometer reading and didn't check it himself. Also caught the mechanics doing dumb stuff with my dash cam. Not recommending to anyone...
