Car wasn't ready despite having appointment and coming late to pick up. This wasn't the first time it happened but it's surely the last one for me to be there.

No issue with service. In fact, they performed an alignment on my 2003 BMW at no additional cost even though the Groupon was not valid for European cars. Thanks! The problem was that it took half a day to complete! I had noon time appointment, but didn't get the car until nearly 5PM. At check-in, the customer representative said it would be take about 1.5 hrs to complete, so I got a ride home. At 3PM, I still didn't get a call-back, so I phoned the location and was told that a software update needed to be done on the alignment machine so it was backed and it would be done in the next hour. 4PM came around and still no call, so I decided to just drive over and see for myself. When I arrived, the car was on the rack, but no work had been started. I was told it would be done in the next 30 min. At around 5PM, it was able to drive home with nearly half a day wasted waiting when I could have been at work. Why didn't anyone bother to call and update me after all the delays? I understand issues come up and delays happen, but the customer needs to be informed. A simple phone call would have been enough. This is likely my first and last trip to Big O Tires.

Good fast service

Completely unsatisfied. Took my vehicle in there one day and it sat there all day after I was told it was going to be done that day. Took it in there 3 days later, only half the services I needed were performed. The mechanic messed up the alignment, and could not re align it due to the machine being down. My vehicle left with more issues that it went in with. Completely unsatisfied and won't return.

Great customer service, they know me by name, they always take really good care of my needs. Whenever I have a problem with my car they know exactly how to fix it. I can always count on Deyrick and Shirley to take care of me and my husband, and our cars. Would definitely recommend Big O Tires to everyone.

False Advertising, Lying to Customers on Estimated work time, Waited over 4 hours for 4 tires to be installed. Big O Tires did not just lose one customers for life, My Friends and Family as well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I was given an estimate for tires knowing that the price of the oil change would raise it because it said so on my appointment confirmation. I showed up and my itemized list was nearly double my estimate. When I read the fine print, I realized THEY CHARGE $20 PER TIRE JUST TO REMOVE THE DAMN TIRES FROM MY CAR!!! The guy behind the counter tried arguing with me saying that they have to charge that so the guys in the garage get paid. Tf??? No other tire shop has EVER charged me for that. They also broke my studs when changing my tires and charged me to repair it!!! The exact same thing happened to my sister at America's Tire and they told her what happened, but they paid to repair it. I'm going to America's Tire next time. FUCK THIS PLACE!!!

They corrected my mileage error they made on my last visit, and no charge since it was their error

I ended up waiting 5 hours. They couldn't find the right tire size and almost installed the wrong set. Customer service was poor. Employees constantly kept saying it would be just another 30-40 mins.

They are an over great group of people. Very kind and knowledgeable

i request to Check tire and Rotate the tires, but end up they didn't do the work.

Everyone at this store always make me feel like I am their only customer. I get all my automotive services done here, even though it's not the closest facility to my home. They treat me like I am family. They always go above and beyond to take care of me and my needs.

I bring in my car for alignment with appointment but I have to wait for 3 hours my car not even getting touched.

Deyrick Bobeda is a very friendly staff and approachable to talk to. Every time I come to this location I only see him for my tire needs. Thanks Deyrick for all your tire recommendations you have never steered me wrong. I am very satisfied with my recent tire purchase. Very comfortable and smooth ride. I will definitely see you again on my next tire purchase. Deyrick is a valuable member on your team at this location please treat him right because good and friendly employees are hard to come by.

They forgot to tighten the oil filter and I was leaking oil down the road. Went back and they fixed it but that shouldn't happen in the first place!

Service manager lied to my face about brake needs: he claimed I needed rear brake drums and shoes and that they were sold seperately. Shop wanted to charge me $220 for $60 worth in parts. It was a new car (to me) so I knew very little about it. I'm so glad I turned down their $380 rear brake job, because I'll save an easy $200-$300 going somewhere else or doing it myself.

I did not have Appointmemt but was able to get work started within 10 minutes and finished while I waited.
