The service rep's were awesome. The had to special order my tire, which arrived right on time. Because I am a long standing customer of 18 years, the manager gave me a huge discount and offered to add my other original tires to the same warranty as the new tire. Fantastic service, as always, from that location. That is why I do not go to any other location for the last 18 years. They're great!!!

Returned 2 weeks later to recheck alignment since my 2003 BMW was still slightly pulling to the right on the freeway. Made a 8AM appointment and car was the first one placed on the rack. After about 20 minutes, the car was done and was in fact slight off to the right and was corrected. Awesome!

This Big O is my "go to" store for tire and alignment needs. The front office staff is outstanding. This is a very busy store, but the technicians get cars in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I brought my car in for a new set of tires. I had to bring it back twice because the tire installer never even balanced them the first time. The second time I came back same employee did not balance them again said it was all good. Third time I returned a different employee took care of the balance issue. Thats how I found out they were not done right. Maybe I can receive something for my wasted time coming back twice. Thanks.

I go there for my oil changes and any minor car needs. They are always helpful and honest and don't give me any hassle if I have a coupon. The guys there are really nice and want to do what's best for you and your car based off your financial situation.

I started having issues with my car vibrating while driving. I came to big O because they had great reviews and the prices seemed fair. The first two associates I delt with were very friendly and got my wheels aligned and new tires (that were $80 off which was great!). My car however, kept vibrating. I brought it back in today after talking to Jason on the phone and he had a pretty good idea about what was going on.. they took it for a test drive and explained the engine mounts were bad and that I needed my hub assembly replaced. He went over prices for me and even suggested that I could do assembly now and wait next month for the engine mounts, but I wanted to get it all done today. It took them only about 2.5 hrs to get it done and my car was driving SO MUCH BETTER after I left. It didn't vibrate AT ALL. It feels like my old car again. I have been dealing with this for several weeks now and I LOVE my car, but it gave me so much anxiety driving it and I was not comfortable even taking it on the freeway anymore. They fixed it up great and it runs like it's brand new, I am so thankful and it was well worth the money.

Derrick is the best service manager in the business. He is kind, thoughtful and concerned about the problem that you are having. If it is about general maintenance, he is right on with his effort, skill and problem-solving skills. It is a pleasure to know that someone works for you that is concerned about a customer.

And Big O Tires in Elk Grove NAILED IT A genuine welcome When customers call support, visit a store or whatever it is, having a happy voice/smile to greet them is KEY. It lays the tone out for the whole experience. It is not forced or fake, it's an honest greeting to your customer. 2. Taking ownership and fixing/addressing issues Customers are coming to you for a reason"�for help. You're the one who knows the product inside and out. They put their trust in YOU to fix it. If you can't fix it, you'll find someone who can. Either way, you're taking ownership of the issue and doing all you can until it's resolved. 3. Empowering the customer I was so impressed with Deyreck showing me how parts of my car function. He took the extra time to teach me and this not only empowered me but also expanded my knowledge. Imagine if we could do this for every customer"�fix the issue but also show them what happened, how it works and what to do it if happens again. 4. Building trust in the customer that they know you are there for them Being a phone call or email away is a great resource for a customer. If they have a quick question and just want a quick answer, they trust that they can reach out to you and get the response they need. 5. Making the customer feel valued, respected and happy While we dont expect a hug from service writers, throwing in personal touches every so often makes the customer feel more of a respected friend than just another number and that's what Deyrek did for me.
