Big O Tires

New owner, new crew, new service....I have purchased tires from this location for years. I had some issues in the past with some of the service however, there is one constant employee that is always friendly. I decided to try them for a big service on my Cadillac and I am happy to say that I was pleased with my experience. The new owner has brought confidence in customer service back.

We lived in the SouthBay for over 50yrs and went to an independent garage. Moving up here left me guessing where to go. A flat tire lead me to Big O Tires and when I found out it was a garage as well, I thought I'd give it a try. To my joy, it turned out that it checked all the same items that kept us at the independent garage we had used for 50yrs. So blessed that The Lord and Big O Tires made my transition to Sacramento area smooth. Thank you guys so much.

Great service

It was raining the morning my tire popped and I was stuck on an off ramp waiting for my insurance company to come. Instead my sister called Big O Tires and the manager came to help me change my tire with a spare and I also purchased a tire from them. Every tire shop around town wouldn’t come to help but Big O Tires did.

Customer service, and quick service

The guys who work there are very busy but somehow manage to always be great at customer service. Special thanks to Derek who really works his tail off to keep everyone happy.

I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment quickly and the service for getting a wheel alignment and my new tires installed was no more than an hour!

Derrick and Bravo and another young gentleman (who also serves occasionally as a driver) are outstanding and professional in going beyond what is expected in customer service! All are friendly and courteous!

I had purchased 4 tires a week before and I needed some adjustment. I was told to bring it in the next day. I got there and was taken care of almost immediately. Can’t say enough about the people in this store. They’re great..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had to order a new tire for me due to not having certain Michelin tires on hand. New tire was installed and warranty applied. Great service!

All four employees I spoke with were extremely courteous and friendly. I was very pleased to find out you now take appointments and offer free shuttle if the service will take a long time.

My car was serviced in July, and I had recently noticed a leak of oily fluid on my garage floor. I brought the car and they found a bushing with a small crack, causing a slow leak. It was repaired and I was not charged for this visit. I have been a customer at this site for many years and am generally satisfied for all the services provided.

The Manager and staff were great, and I got everything i required...and more! Keep up the good work.

I needed more done than I planned. Staff was very accommodating in helping me assess what was critical right now, and they gave me several solutions for the financing and timing of what needed to be done. I left feeling like they cared about my needs. They will definitely be my first call for future needs.

Communication very good

The service was done very quickly and the customer service was good. They appeared to be busy and one service tech was a little short at first and not very attentive but then another service tech came inside and helped me and was very helpful. I would come back again with any services I needed done.

Everybody was nice and professional. They identified and fixed my problem.
