Friendliness of staff, felt safe waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. The service time was reasonable. The shop was busy and I liked how they treated every customer. I received a follow up text the next business day, which I appreciated. Overall good experience .

My car is schedule for oil change and when they assess my car the car need to changed the brake pads on front and the battery cause is leaking I was very thankful I brought my car that day and fixed all the problem cause very dangerous to drive my car with broken battery and brake pads. I have no worries know that Big O fixed everything to my car...thank you Big O I feel safe and secured driving my knowing everything was fixed...
