Fast, clear, available product at a reasonable price, good customer service

I went into BigO unsure if I needed new tires or just a patch repair. I was concerned that the answer would be new tires just to get more business. Instead I had a thorough evaluation of my current tires and the recommendation was simply for a patch repair. It was inexpensive and timely. It will make me purchase my next set of tires from BigO after expert and honest advice.

Pressure light came on. Kyle came outside and checked and filled all tires and reset the warning light. Observed my tires were old (7 years) and tread almost worn out. Gave me a proposal. His willingness to help me with my warning light resulted in a sale same day.

I don't like having to spend money on my car. I get a simple and factual explanation of what the situation is, what is needed now & what is discretionary. I feel like I get good products and service for my car. Especially with tires, they try to give you multiple options in multiple price ranges. I've been going to the same location for over a decade and even after I moved I come back because I feel it's worth it.
