Big O Tires

I have used this Big O previously and have been very satisfied with the employees, service tech and management. They have always been fair.

I've been going to Big-O for years and will continue to do so.

Unscheduled visit. The service advisor was quick and efficient. Cheerfully handled the transactions and communicated service progress Service was completed promptly

Prices are a little too pricey for my budget. No Sr. discount for OLD people on small incomes. That would be an incentive to give you more business.

Kyle was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained everything to me including prices before the service was provided. I have moved recently and left my Big O paperwork at my new home. Kyle offered to send all of my records to my email to ensure I had them should I encounter a problem with a tire while I travel. I appreciated him going above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed should I have another problem with a tire on the road.

I was highly satisfied with the ease and timing of my services. Everything was straight forward. The waiting room was comfortable. I was assured my car was well handled here.

Johnny did a great job of checking me in, and afterwards when I came back to tell him my doors wouldn't lock, he came out personally to check the battery connections and we figured it out together (something with the key fob).

Would not go to anyone else.

A battery fail brought me in unexpectedly, but I was soon to bring my vehicle in for tire service, so this just expedited that. I ended up having a larger repair need, but it was something I somewhat expected. Big O owner and service personnel did an outstanding job communicating with me on the needs, timing and prices involved. I was given some reduced rates on a few things that came up and I truly appreciate that. So far, repairs seem solid.

I had a nearly flat tire and Without an appointment, Big O was able to fix the problem with very little waiting time. Thanks for the much appreciated help for this little old lady on that cold rainy day.

Nathan goes above and beyond on every visit. They have earned my trust and there isn't any place else I take my cars.

The Assistance Manager Hal was very courteous & thorough. He explained everything fully to me & I was pleased with his explanation. He didn't push me to do anything I wasn't pleased with & very kind & thoughtful in his affect.

Best interaction I've ever had there. New owner and new team members are awesome.
