I had atire problem and it taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Very easy to schedule. The associate was helpful in ordering the subject tires and letting me know when they were received so I could schedule the install. They communicated promptly with me following the initial inspection and recommended air filter be replaced, which it was. Tire installation and alignment was quick

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The owner is so nice, even explained the situation in detail with me. Explained options and they realized all my brake lights were out. I'm Patties husband. We normally take our vehicle's to the Placerville store for any tire issues, that may arise. My wife took her car to the Subaru dealer and they told her the tire just needed to be reinflatted, they did not even check it for a leak or any thing else. The next morning the tire was low again, so I went the the store in Placerville to get directions to a store in Sacramento, where I was going to be that morning. Just like in Placerville, I could not be happier. The same good service we always receive in Placerville, I got at your store on Folson Blvd.. I and my wife will alway use Big O Tires for any of our vehicle needs. Thank you.

Work was done right

Great on schedule service with an appointment. As always, Nathan was personable, efficient, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

I have gone to this Big O tires many times over the years and have always been satisfied. I was having a vibration when I was going 60mph. I stopped by to make an appointment to have it checked. It seemed like something had changed since the last time I was there. There was loud rap music blasting in the garage area. There was one young service advisor there, no one I had ever seen before. I was told I couldn’t make an appointment that it was 1st come first served. All of this made me kind of hesitant to return but I did, the next morning. I was fortunate to meet Kyle Scarlett to have as my service advisor. He was professional, hard working (when others seemed to prefer socializing) and thorough. When the guy working said he couldn’t find my wheel lock because there was too much stuff in the back of my car (my golf clubs), Kyle went out and took care of it. As I write this I’m actually not so sure I would return! It seems like the vibe there has changed. I would totally trust Kyle to take care of my needs but he doesn’t do it all!

Have used Big O Folsom Blvd on 2 vehicles in the past 3 weeks, and the service was courteous, timely and excellent both times.
