Big O Tires

My friend plugged a hole/leak, but the plug failed after 1 day...the tech said the hole was a little bigger than the plug, so it work it's way out. BO put the right plug n patch in no time. I also got full pricing on replacement tires (due in 10-15k miles), from premium to mid-range, to low price... helpful for making a decision in a few months, and for budgeting. Thanks!

My family has been serviced by Big O tires Folsom Blvd. for over 40 years, and have always felt like family! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Nathan. He put my 17 year old daughter at ease in experiencing her first adult incident. He made her feel comfortable and safe, and to me that is priceless! Way to go Nathan!

Recently, I had a window motor and water strip replaced after a messy attempted break in, driver side. They did a great job of that, along with other needed service, but there was this little rattle in the driver door afterwards. I do instrument repair, and there are often gremlins hard to find. After one return trip they got the issue dialed in within hours. Great service. I can not overstate how much I appreciate the value of a reliable, local and friendly auto repair service. Had a repeat vibration on a tire after buying four new tires. I came in for an alignment. They checked my vehicle for free. It was a tire balancing issue.

The owner and Hal are always accommodating as well as the service staff. They always get me in and I have always received excellent service, and if something goes wrong they make it right.

Brought in older vehicle with noise from exhaust manifold. Tech was unable to address problem BUT did not charge me for inspection, then referred me to a muffler shop in town which addressed the problem perfectly. I appreciated the non-charge for no-fix AND the referral. We'll continue to bring both our cars to Big-O!

I was having a bad day. I took a turn I had taken thousands of time. I hit the center curb and immediately knew I had damaged my tire. I took it to my local Big O who have always taken care of me and my car. I knew I could leave my car and it would be fixed
