Big O Tires

30 years being with Bid O, should be enough.

Called late Saturday they were about to close so they made me an appointment for Monday morning. Dropped truck off Sunday night. associate called me at 7:30 am to let me know they had the vehicle. Shortly after i received a second call with recommendation and estimate. Truck was repaired and ready for pick-up before they closed that day.

I know pretty much zero things about cars, I just knew I needed new tires as I had just had a blowout. The guys there helped me through the process, didn't rip me off, and even got done twenty minutes earlier than expected. If I ever have another car problem, I'll be sure to come back here!

Every time I visit this location, I'm met with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are efficient and helpful. This experience was no different.
