I went in without an appointment because my tire pressure light came on. I had to drive to Davis and return alone after dark and was afraid I might have a flat on the Causeway. I was pleased that they could check it out and take care of it within an hour. It was actually a little less! They checked the tires, added air, didn't find anything wrong, and didn't charge me anything!!!

Let me in early to get a start on the paperwork, and finished the oil change promptly to let me get my daughter to an early appointment. Always helpful when they can be..

I just came over because my vehicle had a low tire pressure alert. It does that with the change of temperature. The store was very busy but Juan came out and serviced my tires with an awesome adittude and excellent service. I wanted to give him an A+ for great service!!!!!!

I used BigO to replace my tires this winter. Recently, I was leaving town on a Friday afternoon and had a low tire pressure alert that morning. I called and was told to drop by when I could- that turned out to be 4 pm. They pulled the nail and fixed my tire in under 30 min and I was off to the mountains.

Always a friendly smile, very professional and polite. Rarely do I have a problem and if there is one, it's corrected immediately. I recommend this location every chance I get.

I recently took my truck in for an alignment. An hour later when I picked up the truck, I noticed that there were little thing that were taken care of. I really appreciate the extra effort.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. A new set of tires was installed right away. 3 days later the dash tire icon had not gone off, I brought the car back and they fixed in moments. A very good experience buying tires.
