I have been going to the same Big-O-Tires in my neighborhood (Folsom Drive) for a decade - Seems to me they get better & better all the time - specially after last change in ownership. Service is excellent - both mechanically & personally. Everything is not only done correctly - but explained understandably. Options are provided, but not to the point of confusion - so customer gets education in how car works - along w/suggestions of how it could work better. Excellent balance of efficient operation of the place w/individual attention to the customer.

The customer service representatives at Big O take very good care of me and my needs in relation to my car. They understand the urgency of the situation and they work with me to get to work on my car done in a timely fashion. they're very professional

Wear of the tires was explained clearly using a stop watch type of gauge. I had an urgent need for an oil change and I was able to get an appointment on a very busy, very hot day.

Kyle was ridiculously helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The entire staff was working really hard in the heat! They found the tires I wanted, tracked them done, and had them on my car without an appointment in short order. Outstanding work. I can't say enough nice things about this shop.

While checking air in tires, noticed a screw in one tire with a slow air leak.Staff checked the tire and repaired it within one hour.

I used to use the Big O exclusively when it was owned by James Dann. After he sold, the service seemed to falter. Going back and meeting Kevin (new owner), I am thrilled. Seeing I've lived a few blocks away for over thirty years, it's nice to know I have a tire/service shop I can depend on. Happy Kevin owns it.
