I had a leaky tire that I was putting air in every week. I could not find a nail in the tire or anything in the tire, so I brought it to Big O to find the cause. The tire was punctured and required replacement. I wanted the same exact tire size and brand and they were able to pretty quickly get me a new tire. I was pleased with their service. Leslie especially was very helpful and explained everything including showing me the puncture in the tire. I have gone to this location in the past and I will go there again in the future.

Relieved over the tire assessment as I was driving with unsafe tires and was unaware that my old tires had worn out. Team Associate "Hal" graciously drove me home and picked me up to accommodate me due to an expected delivery. The ride was most appreciated as I was unable to wait for my vehicle. Hal also provided me with a referral to have work completed that Big O was unable to complete (electrical system). I appreciated Hal's professionalism and kindness while my vehicle was repaired.

I have been a customer since 1967 with Bill Millar @ the Carmichael store his service locked me in and I have never been disappointed with the exception of having to schedule an oil change which created a problem for one month because I had to use Jiffy Lube, which was disappointing but other than that I get oil change, tire rotation and whatever else big'o recommends once a month, I'll run 5,000 miles each month so I'm always there and expect great things and get great things, I can recommend you very highly!
