Big O Tires

The wife had a flat Sunday morning. It was on a 2017 Ford Focus 6 days old. Drove around Sunday morning and looking for a tire shop. Tires only had 150 miles on it I wanted to replace it with the exact same Tire. Big O didn't have it but they could order it and it would be there Monday morning... call about 10 a.m. Monday morning to check on the status of the tire. I was informed by an employee named Leslie the tires ordered on Sunday come in on Tuesday. I explained to her the guy on Sunday guaranteed me the tire to be there Monday. I Explained to her how bad I needed a tire and she said she would look around for it and give me a call back. She called me back an hour later told me she found the tire it would be there around noon. Call me back around noon said it would be there around 2:30. Call me back tell me come down get the tire put on. Lesley did a great job with customer service. Was extremely professional when I came down to get the tire put on. Great job Leslie thank you.

Big-O-Tires has been taking good care of my car for 10 years. So when it stopped suddenly, and I called AAA, I asked for it to be towed to Big-O on Folsom. Since it was the end of the day, I agreed to have it kept overnight. The next day I was called early, and told that the "starter" needed to be replaced, given a reasonable price, and it was fixed by the end of the day. Everything was explained clearly, everyone was courteous, and the car is now running well.

I appreciate Big O resolving my matter quickly.

I have been a customer at this location since 2006 and have purchased at least 3 sets of 4 new tires so far. I am glad it changed hands because it used to have offensive girlie posters. When I asked them to put firemen posters up too so I could see guys with decent bodies, they finally took down the girlie posters, LOL! The location is great as it's close to home. The all-inclusive package is convenient. The best employee is Lorraine Kilian. I hope she is still there-didn't see her today. She is super consistent and much more diligent, "with it", and knowledgeable than most of the men; and way more articulate! Occasionally I find out a few days later that my TPMS was not recalibrated properly...I usually know within a couple of days. But then I just do it myself instead of going back. There have been issues with homeless people all over the place here in Sacramento, CA. Occasionally the management of this store has to deal with weird things: on my last visit a few months ago, a homeless guy was sleeping in a sleeping bag behind the store, and then he tried to light a cooking fire and the management had to tell him to move on. Overall, good store, and popular here.

I was told that I needed new struts so I said I would do it later.I would like to know if the ever go on sale. Thanks Anne Sage.

5 months ago I came for a alignment, tire rotation, and balance but still had shaky wheel when getting onto freeway.. well I wasn’t able to make it back in till now expecting to fully pay but they provided the services for free! No more shaky wheel either

Great staff removed a nail in my tire for free! I buy all my tires at BIG O, except the one that had the nail in it. Unfortunately, BIG O was closed on the Sunday when I was desperate for a tire, so I went to a big box store. Didn't matter to the BIG O staff. They looked at my purchase history and noticed I am a loyal customer, so they fixed the competitors tire for free. I love East Sac BIG O because they have female staff, which makes me a little more comfortable. But hey, the male staff does a great job as well.

I have been coming to this location for many years. It has always been an efficient, straightforward transaction to fix whatever issue my car is having. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience.

Unexpected tire damage required a new tire. Went out of their way to get the right tire there and get it fixed asap.
