The people who work there are very courteous and knowledgable.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable as I brought in a spare tire with a tube inside. The tech had not seen a tube in an auto tire before, me either, in the last 30 years! Asked for directions and continued on with the work. The shop looked well organized and so nice to see young people happy to work.

Arrived at Big-O close to end of day. Hal immediately went out to my car, took it to mechanic right away, diagnosed problem and itemized prices, then had it fixed by next morning. Excellent service - prompt, professional, personal.

Happy to have my tire fixed and not having to buy a new one!

mechanic was very professional and courteous. moreover, he explained to me what can sometimes cause tire pressure warnings to appear. my tire had two nails, but neither puncture was causing leakage.
