Big O Tires

Fixed my Big O tire that had a flat, called when it was done and even though I brought it in off the vehicle, when I came back to get the tire they offered to put the tire and put the fixed tire back on the vehicle right them. Great service.

Big O has always stood by their products, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, do not try to sell unwanted or unnecessary items or service. A pleasure dealing with the company, facility is clean.

Some Big O Tires outlets are winners, and some are losers. The one at 5701 Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento has long been a winner. I have taken several cars there since 2003. Go there, you won't regret it. They are all great people who just won't fail. The website mentions Nathan, but I believe that Leslie, who has been there for decades, just can't be beat, and the list of reasons why is forever long.

I was out of town and found a screw in one of my trailer tires. I showed up without an appointment, and got right in line. They had the tire repaired and I was on the road in a very reasonable time. If I lived or worked in the area more often I would recommend them, but I am not likely to be in the area, or know people in the area to recommend. That is why I answered those questions as I did.
