Been coming to this Big O for 30 years. I have about 6 vehicles I am responsible for and bring them in for all service. Refer friends there as well. Great and pleasant staff and quality work--you can TRUST them. Kyle, the young man there now is the best that there has been in 30 years. Give that man a bonus!!!!!!1

I called and ordered the tires I wanted, they arrived quickly and I was able to get in quickly and easily. The service was efficient and the price was fair. Also got an alignment and my car feels great.

The salesman, Kyle, was professional, courteous and friendly, I also felt that I could trust him. These are traits I look for when dealing with a business. I liked that he advised me of future services that I will be needing, thus allowing me to budget for them. I have taken my other car to this store in the past and will continue to take both of my cars there.

Paul was great. I needed a new battery. It was out of stock. He promised me it would be delivered first thing the next morning. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the call at 9:15am not that the required battery was there, but in fact that my car was all ready to be picked up. Thank you!
