The staff were all so kind and also informative. They let me know everything they found during the inspection and also took care of my scheduled work quickly and professionally.

I brought my beloved pickup in to diagnose some noises coming from the under-carriage. They performed a thorough examination of the vehicle including a full inspection of the engine. I received a complete estimate of all the work that was needed right away and what would need to be done soon but not immediately. I thought they were fair and honest about the work as this was an older vehicle and I was the 5th owner. Though I decided to spend the money on a down-payment on a new car, I now have a check list for the next owner of what needs to be repaired. It's going to be donated, so I imagine it will be sold for parts. Great service and a lifetime customer. I love Big-O!
