Big O Tires

Didn't realize that tires should be replaced after six years even if the tread is good. I went there to have a flat tire fixed and discovered my tires were nine years old. I was told that tires deteriorate after six years from the inside out. Rather than take a chance of a future blowout and potential crash, I bought four new tires and had a wheel alignment. The next day, I had my A/C tested and it turned out that it needed to be replaced. Since this service could take a few hours to complete, Mike offered to drive me to my house which was nearby and pick me up when the car was ready.

Always polite and courteous. Service is prompt but never rushed. Always willing to drop everything just to help put air in my tires. Why would I go anywhere else when I am treated with respect and such care? Thank you all so much for all you do everyday to help make our lives a little better.

Excellent service, great prices, quality product. Kyle Scarlett was just excellent. I am a 20 year Big-0 customer at this location, and have 6 cars regularly serviced there. Kyle has been the best employee there over the last 20 years. I refer friends based on his service to customers.

The folks at this Big O have served me well forever. There hasn't been a hiccup of any kind since 2003. Leslie always scores better than 100%, noticing things while simply getting the odometer reading. Other Big O locations are not so blessed; I will never go back to the one in Elk Grove that was always sloppy, and whose manager told me to leave his store when I caught him in a lie. Regarding this location, please don't change a thing.

I dropped in to get my tires rotated and balance. Only had my lunch break and they made it happen for me. Thanks!

Went for a flat repair the guy was going to put my spare in the back of my van I had to ask him to put it back underneath the van where it belongs. He got the flat tire from the same spot so it wasn’t like he didn’t know.

Easy clear fast service

We have used Sacramento Big O Tires on Folsom and 57th St. for many services including automotive repair, tire purchases and free rotation, and oil changes. We have never had to bring back any of our vehicles because the work wasn't done properly. Staff and workshop people are knowledgeable, professional, and accurate. One suggestion would be to start taking appointments since they are often very busy and we have had to wait longer than necessary at times. Then if people who made an appointment aren't there within 15 minutes of their appointment time, they can go on to the customers waiting and reschedule the no show/late customers another day.

Long time satisfied customer who appreciates excellent service both for my vehicle, and kind staff is a bonus.
