The appointment system works well. Nice to not have to wait hours for service. Enjoy interactions with Leslie Killian. She is pleasant, professional and basically a "one person show"--she seems to be in several places at once to provide excellent service. My vehicle was ready less than an hour following scheduled appointment--amazing!

Needed new tires and they found a failing bearing in my wheel. Replaced quickly! Thank you!

Arrived at Big-O close to end of day. Hal immediately went out to my car, took it to mechanic right away, diagnosed problem and itemized prices, then had it fixed by next morning. Excellent service - prompt, professional, personal.

Rodney was very helpful. He did exactly what I asked and other recommendations with explanations with notes. He cares customers and make sure car runs great. I highly recommend deal with him!

32 Years and all is good!!

Went in with slow leak in my tire (per dash light) second time in two weeks. They were able to put car on lift and found problem (nail) and fixed it. Only complaint and not really a complaint was they estimated it would take one hour and it took two.
