The experience at Big-O was phenomenal. After the service, the car is running like a brand new car. Hal Anderson, the owner, personally took care of me, keeping me updated. The technicians got the job done with no problems. I would recommend Big-O at 57th Street and Folsom Blvd in Sacramento to anyone needing tires and/or auto service.

I needed my water pump and main belt replaced and Leslie took care of me right away. I left the ranger for the day. I got two calls during the day with problems they found while doing job and explained them to me clearly which was great. One problem did not cost as they where able to save the Freon in ac unit as it had to be removed to do the job. All went well and have been coming here for 12 years and get great service thx you jim
