Since the mid '80's, I have brought all of our vehicles to the same Big O store for tires, alignment, and brake services. They have always provided excellent products and services at prices. I highly recommend them.

Went in to get new tires, got them, and learned a little bit about tires I didn't know before (lifespan, related; the tires, not mine) -- only thing that went wrong is I came home with three plastic valve stem caps instead of the four aluminum caps I arrived with, but no big deal (they were tore up and I bought 4 black anodized caps online for 4 bucks).

The computer on my Dodge Durango went out and the staff here were very patient with me while I went through grief about the cost,etc.....they got me a better deal with the part provider and kept the car in garage for a week until the part arrived without charge. This turned out to be a very beneficial experience and I am grateful to the staff there
