Big O Tires

Went looking for the closest Big O when a tire started going flat.They took my truck in right away.Friendly, quick, and efficient service even though they were busy.

I came in for a 2nd set of Michelin tires and a 5-year alignment plan on my 2011 BMW 335i sedan. I had gotten 47k miles on the first set I bought at Big O Tires. Manager Nathan Billington took excellent care of me, as always. I bought 60k mile Michelin tires and a new 5-year alignment plan. I was out of there in about an hour. Perfect.

Leslie provided excellent service. It was late in the day and she clearly explained the qualities of the tire I purchased and ordered them from your supplier so that they were available the next morning. My car was ready in a short time, including alignment, balancing and the provision of rebate forms. Leslie is well organized and goes out of her way to provide outstanding service. In addition I am impressed with the friendliness and hard working mechanic who does your balancing and rotation of tires. I do not know his name but he works in the second stall away from your office. These two employees are great representatives for Big O and I appreciate what they do.
