Big O Tires

I would defend Italy would recommend this Big-O shop. These men and women are very friendly and helpful and after the work is done they Explain what work was preformed!

Service on the floor was good. I worked with Leslie. Although I was told that I had quite a bit of work and may have a bit of a wait. I believe I was told that in case the car was not ready sooner than later. I had quite a bit of work to be done on my vehicle but was in and out in short order. I've been going to Big O for years and obviously trust the service because I continue to return. Pricing is beyond reasonable. If something goes wrong, the work is guaranteed and Big O has righted a wrong in the past--they corrected the error without quibbling. I trust Big O.

a tire picked up a nail. in at 8:02, out @ 8:18. like a nascar pit stop. I brought the wrong receipt but they found it in their system. no charge.

Filling out form does not cover all the good things that happened. Came in for Oil Change - and was offered a number of services (free) that I did not think to ask for (like alignment of tires previously purchased at same location). Left feeling my car had received good care -and was ready for lots of driving needed for my work.

I was especially pleased with the efficiency of the service.

All of the personnel, from the office to the bays, are friendly! The Christmas decorations in the office area were a welcome sight, The circular tables between the office customer chairs were a welcome sight. // Because we do less driving now, we do not put as many miles and, consequently, visit Big O Tires less frequently. However, you can always use us as a happy referral! Thanks again!

I left my car the night before service which is a real asset for customers.

This past week the battery went dead in our 07 Audi Q7 and Big O saved the day. This battery replacement is not just any battery replacement. It sits underneath the drivers seat and it is not something that anybody can do. But they got it done and in good time. Thanks to the guys at Big O Tires.

My wife had a nail in her tire. The tire needed to be replaced soon anyway. With a further car inspection, your employees found my motor mounts were missing the rubber bushings and that my belts were frayed. Thank you for your inspection. I left paying more than Iwas expecting (just thought 2 tires) buthad the peace of mind the car is safe. Thank you.

Just used this store this last week for regular maintenance, alignment and new serpentine belt. Only negative was that the technician that checked my cabin air filter forgot to re-connect the damper on the glove box door. Otherwise, everything else at this store has been fantastic for the last 10 years that I have been going there.
