I notified Big O Tire late one afternoon that I would be driving my motor vehicle in the next morning with a broken radiator hose. Management held one bay open for me. Big O Tire has been servicing our vehicles since 2002 in Sacramento at the same location.

I get all my auto needs done here. I have got both my trucks, my car, my mothers car, 2 of my employees tires here, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nathan/Leslie always good, and the whole crew. 57th and Folsom Blvd , Sacramento. Thank you

I went into BigO unsure if I needed new tires or just a patch repair. I was concerned that the answer would be new tires just to get more business. Instead I had a thorough evaluation of my current tires and the recommendation was simply for a patch repair. It was inexpensive and timely. It will make me purchase my next set of tires from BigO after expert and honest advice.

I don't like having to spend money on my car. I get a simple and factual explanation of what the situation is, what is needed now & what is discretionary. I feel like I get good products and service for my car. Especially with tires, they try to give you multiple options in multiple price ranges. I've been going to the same location for over a decade and even after I moved I come back because I feel it's worth it.

I bought new tires and for the life of the tires I get rotation and balancing for free the staff is always pleasant and I don't have to stress
