It was raining and I had a low tire. I got out to ask if someone could check it an attendant came out before I walked 5 steps. Said need air get back in your car. He checked said he could he air leaking from tire and was concerned if he put air it would just leak right back. They patched tire in 20 minutes. Overly helpful and polite.

Invoice No: 005273-89191 / This past week, my wife drove our Chrysler Town & Country blue van into your 5701 Folsom Boulevard location to have a nail embedded in one of the front tires removed. Danny, one of your regular employees (wearing a "Big Foot Polo Shirt") and Brian Murphy (a new employee on his first day at work) removed the nail and repaired the tire. I'm Patties husband. We normally take our vehicle's to the Placerville store for any tire issues, that may arise. My wife took her car to the Subaru dealer and they told her the tire just needed to be reinflatted, they did not even check it for a leak or any thing else. The next morning the tire was low again, so I went the the store in Placerville to get directions to a store in Sacramento, where I was going to be that morning. Just like in Placerville, I could not be happier. The same good service we always receive in Placerville, I got at your store on Folson Blvd.. I and my wife will alway use Big O Tires for any of our vehicle needs. Thank you.

I've gone to Big O for several years - to buy tires, get a flat fixed and to have my tires rotated. Also recently for an oil change. The service is always very good and the prices are reasonable.

Have used Big O Folsom Blvd on 2 vehicles in the past 3 weeks, and the service was courteous, timely and excellent both times.

They were very helpful and patient when dealing with my situation.
