Big O Tires

Service was great and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was told the cost up front and that was great. The only issue was the tires I had mounted and balanced were mounted the wrong side out, which was probably more my fault for not being more specific. I'll just have to fork out more money to have them turned around. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

It took about an hour less than we expected, although there was a big problem with being able to align my car due to some sort of a mechanical issue. I did get some good tires though.

I got a flat tire because of an accident. As a result I went in without an appointment. They helped me right awaY. The rim of the tire was bent and they called around to find one for my tire and sent an employee to pick it up. They went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate their service.

I've been a customer for quite a few years and I don't anticipate changing.

I called and had a nail in tire and they said no appointment needed just come in. They said my car was up nxt and it was fast and able to be covered and fixed.

Car brought in for oil change and brake check. On pickup bill for $2,900 with extensive repairs. Ties that had been checked and approved recently at American Tire were replaced due to age (not wear). Communication was with wife and on pickup I felt taken advantage of. I have been a long time customer of Big O and now question that relationship.

My daughter got a flat tire on the freeway on her way home from work 1/10/24. It was after hours but she had AAA tow her to Big O on Folsom & she left her car with the keys in the drop box. When she called the next morning she told them what happened, they told her the tire was unrepairable & she needed 4 new tires & her shocks and struts should be replaced. We spoke with Kyle who was incredibly pleasant & thorough, told us the shocks & struts could last another 6 mo. but would eventually need to be done. We told him to just do all the work that day. We will definitely have her go there again if she needs any auto repairs.

The tire pressure on my vehicle was low. I didn’t know if I had a flat tire or just low pressure. I got there 10min early, the employees saw me outside it was raining and cold. The employees opened the door about 5 min early and let me in and helped me out right away. Great service and great communication. Thank you for always being there in my time of need.
