Good service, but slow. Changed oil, but didn't get an sticker so at least I know when to return.

I used BigO to replace my tires this winter. Recently, I was leaving town on a Friday afternoon and had a low tire pressure alert that morning. I called and was told to drop by when I could- that turned out to be 4 pm. They pulled the nail and fixed my tire in under 30 min and I was off to the mountains.

They changed the oil, but forgot to put a sticker on the windshield so I can know when I need to change the oil next time.They also forgot to check the tires pressure. I had to bring the car back for them to put some air in, so my car warning sign could turn off.

I recently took my truck in for an alignment. An hour later when I picked up the truck, I noticed that there were little thing that were taken care of. I really appreciate the extra effort.

Very good customer service. Had an appointment at 10am for an oil change wait time wasnt too bad about 2 hours 15 minutes. The only thing I wasnt too keen about is the lack of communication regarding the price of the oil change. So, almost $100 later was a bit of a shock. Ive never paid over $75 for an oil change! Ive always liked Big O Tires, as my dad worked for them years ago as a manager. Ill find someplace else that is less expensive!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. A new set of tires was installed right away. 3 days later the dash tire icon had not gone off, I brought the car back and they fixed in moments. A very good experience buying tires.

1.Every time we have the Audi serviced we have to remind the staff to reset the "service needed"� indicator light. My husband reminds them that a scanner needs to be used and EVERY time they fail to reset the light! 2. Every time we leave a car for service staff asks "what number should we call to let you know the car is ready"�. We leave a number...... and EVERY time they call another number on our account! Why do they ask if they are not going to call that number ???

Second visit and both times service was prompt and very efficient.

Love this place - they are courteous, fast, and friendly. Since I purchased the extended protection plan, they have replaced a tire & handled all tire repairs - and always make it so easy!

Among other things, had cabin filter FO179 installed. When I got home I saw a black thing, L shaped, lying on the floor. Called Mike and he told me to bring it back to re- install item. That is the only reason for my 5 rating. Will be in on 23rd in AM to fix problem. Everything else good.

The gentleman who waited on me was very professional and knowledgeable. It was about 5:30 when I got there.
