Walked in without an appointment and got great service. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Rotated tires and balanced within 40 minutes or less without an appointment. Great service.

First person I spoke to gave me a quote that was way too high for my car when it came to tires so I only had an oil change done but another employee helped me out when I was checking out and found me a tire that was within my budget which I really, really appreciated. I had my tires done the next day due to his helpfulness.

They patched a hole in my tire quickly and at a fair price.

Hi, I've been going there for several years with various cars. I now own a luxury car and made an appt a week in advance for an oil change. When I got there they said they couldn't get the part needed for the service so I made another appt for 5 days later and same thing. I asked for a discount for Inconvenience and was told only $13 could be taken off the total. Really??

I love Big O. So much more than tires! They go the extra distance, and treat customers as friends! I trust this company 100%. Thanks for years of great service!

Was quite busy when I arrived, but the staff stayed on it.

Leslie was great. My car was ready ahead of time, I appreciated the floor and seat covers since it was a rainy day.

I had to have my car towed and the workers were fantastic in trying to make me feel better. The only issue I had was with the person calling me to tell me what was going on. Very unclear and I had to help her explain to me what was going on. Thrilled at the cost and the service that was done, just disappointed in the office help.

The customer service representatives at Big O take very good care of me and my needs in relation to my car. They understand the urgency of the situation and they work with me to get to work on my car done in a timely fashion. they're very professional

The service experience was great for my oil change, I was informed that My car was leaking power steering fluid and I would need to replace the pump at a cost of over $350.00. I'm getting an second and third opinion because it may only need a $2.00 O ring with about 1/2 hour labor. I'm on a fix income money is limited from month to month don't want to pay for something I don't need .

While checking air in tires, noticed a screw in one tire with a slow air leak.Staff checked the tire and repaired it within one hour.

Been there several times . Very good service.Had a flat tire and was fixed in 15 minutes.
