Big O Tires

It started out not so good but then they called me back and helped me.

Always friendly, knowledgeable service personnel at this Big O location! I will continue to return with my two older cars for service and tires for many years.to come.

only problem this visit was driving away without the hood of my truck securely latched down. Didn't notice until I was on the freeway, luckily no issue.

Got Leslie on the phone and she is very knowledgable for what she had for my car. Buy 3 get one tire free, alignment and oil change. And took two hours. Everyone there very nice and willing to tell me what they were doing. I would recmend this Big O to others.

The brakes seem to work fine now. No more rumble.

Big O tires was knowledgeable about the service and parts required for my vehicle. All employees demonstrated professional and courteous service, and explained clearly the service.

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I know his face and I'm sending all my friends to talk to him. He was cool as heck. I didn't want to have to get four new tires and an alignment on my BMW Z4, but his honesty and knowledge paired with his sense of humour had me sold. Thanks guys.

Lobby service was slow with no acknowledgement of my presence for 5 minutes. When the service was complete, I wasn't called. I called on my own after 3 hrs to find that my truck was ready. The service to my truck was great with a printout of my alignment adjustment that I appreciated.

This is the only place I take my cars for maintenance because it's absolutely outstanding in every way and I always know my car is safe to drive with Big O taking care of it for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Last Thursday received excellent service for tire rotation and alignment.

I was gong to get both front tires replaced after a flat tire,but after explaining to me about the existing tires on my car I went for all 4 and a front end alignment. My Rodeo rides like a new car!
