Always good work here. this visit was to repair a flat tire. Was done quickly.

Made an appointment online, however, when I got there they told me they didn't accept appointments for the free tire rotation service. Online it even says thank you for scheduling your appointment for your free tire rotation. I'm not a fan of that policy as I spent around $1,000 for tires and alignment, but you don't make appointments for the tire rotation that you recommend. Normally, may not be a problem, except every time I came in for a tire rotation, it was going to be an hour and a half minimum wait, sometimes longer. That's not very good customer service. I do understand that it is not the employee's fault as they are just following company policy. So, whomever is reading this, please update that policy as I understand rotating the tires is a very important maintenance procedure, and no one like walk-in only appointment when you have to wait over an hour and a half for service...

I had a leaky tire that I was putting air in every week. I could not find a nail in the tire or anything in the tire, so I brought it to Big O to find the cause. The tire was punctured and required replacement. I wanted the same exact tire size and brand and they were able to pretty quickly get me a new tire. I was pleased with their service. Leslie especially was very helpful and explained everything including showing me the puncture in the tire. I have gone to this location in the past and I will go there again in the future.

I walked in and met the store attendant. We went out to the car to retrieve the necessary info. The attendant described the tires they had in stock and gave me a good deal on a set of four tires. The wait for installation including balancing and alignment was no longer that what I would have expected. I left the store satisfied with a good set of safe tires that fit my budget.

Needed a tire repair. Got there at 7:45 AM and processed quickly. But person who was scheduled to do it was going arrive by 9:30 so I had to leave and come back later.

I used them twice in the passed two weeks and received excellent service.

I have been a customer since 1967 with Bill Millar @ the Carmichael store his service locked me in and I have never been disappointed with the exception of having to schedule an oil change which created a problem for one month because I had to use Jiffy Lube, which was disappointing but other than that I get oil change, tire rotation and whatever else big'o recommends once a month, I'll run 5,000 miles each month so I'm always there and expect great things and get great things, I can recommend you very highly! For the first time ever at big o. Oleg the service director at east sacramento store treated me like a person not a wallet he didnt try pressing me to buy any additional service i didnt need just what i asked for

the job was completed sooner than quoted. a call to let me know would be even better next time.

My sales person Larry was very helpful and personable. My only complaint is the individuals who drove my car into and out of the bay did not put a paper on the floor so the mat on the driver side was badly soiled as was the inside of the door from greasy or soiled hands.
