The Big O center I used to go to went out of service and I compare new stores with them. I don't feel the friendliness at the Folsom Blvd store. Everything seems to be so matter of fact, ie; How can I help you? Is there anything else? Thanks. There doesn't seem to be the care about the customer themselves, just the vehicle.

The wife had a flat Sunday morning. It was on a 2017 Ford Focus 6 days old. Drove around Sunday morning and looking for a tire shop. Tires only had 150 miles on it I wanted to replace it with the exact same Tire. Big O didn't have it but they could order it and it would be there Monday morning... call about 10 a.m. Monday morning to check on the status of the tire. I was informed by an employee named Leslie the tires ordered on Sunday come in on Tuesday. I explained to her the guy on Sunday guaranteed me the tire to be there Monday. I Explained to her how bad I needed a tire and she said she would look around for it and give me a call back. She called me back an hour later told me she found the tire it would be there around noon. Call me back around noon said it would be there around 2:30. Call me back tell me come down get the tire put on. Lesley did a great job with customer service. Was extremely professional when I came down to get the tire put on. Great job Leslie thank you.

only 'negative comment'......we were called that our car was ready at 5:45 pm (store closed at 6:00). We said we would come pick it up 'tomorrow' (which was going to be Saturday). Clerk said 'no problem...see you then'. HOWEVER at 7:20 am the next morning.....we received a call from a different clerk....saying 'your car is ready to be picked up'.....needless to say we were very grumpy about being awakened on a Saturday (yes our day off from work) by a completely unnecessary call. It appeared that either 1) clerk from the day before did not make a note that customer was picking up car on Saturday OR 2) Clerk 2 did not take time to review notes to see if customer had been called. again, not a huge problem. just frustrating that it appeared breakdown in communication. thank you.

I went for 4 new tires, also got a new battery. Everything was fast and same day. The alignment was an additional cost I did not get but understood that wasn't part of the 4 tires being put on so no biggie. I would definitely come back, quick and helpful

Great staff removed a nail in my tire for free! I buy all my tires at BIG O, except the one that had the nail in it. Unfortunately, BIG O was closed on the Sunday when I was desperate for a tire, so I went to a big box store. Didn't matter to the BIG O staff. They looked at my purchase history and noticed I am a loyal customer, so they fixed the competitors tire for free. I love East Sac BIG O because they have female staff, which makes me a little more comfortable. But hey, the male staff does a great job as well.

My only disappointment was about a week after my initial Service (4) New tires. It seems a puncture, which I incurred was called a "sidewall infraction" and a repair was not possible or possibly not allowed by governmental regulations. There was not warranty. So, I had to purchase a New tire! My disappointment is that I had to replace a "non-matching" brand tire because the store was supposedly out of stock. They did replace, with a different brand, at no price increase. But, I am disappointed because I would like to have had a set of all matching Brand. In any event, the replacement is still going and the "customer service" I received (Initial visit) was good.

You have been servicing my car for several years. I find you to be professional and the customer service has always been very good. I will continue to bring my car to Big O for service on my Subaru.
