Big O Tires

Follow up on new tires, I had installed. They cautioned me to watch the mileage more than the time so that I keep the tires within their life expectancy

Fixed my Big O tire that had a flat, called when it was done and even though I brought it in off the vehicle, when I came back to get the tire they offered to put the tire and put the fixed tire back on the vehicle right them. Great service.

I have been a big O customer for 13 or 14 years. I'm very happy with the products the service and the staff especially the store on Folsom boulevard, Sacreamento.

The other BIG O forgot to tighten the bolts on my back wheel which fell off in the middle of the road and damaged the brake system. Also did poor tire balancing job. Brought to this one on Folsom to reBalance my four new tires.

Easy to work with and very accommodating!They brought my tire back to life without any hassles.

I went in w/out a appointment. Luckily I was able to get a front end alignment quickly.

Some Big O Tires outlets are winners, and some are losers. The one at 5701 Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento has long been a winner. I have taken several cars there since 2003. Go there, you won't regret it. They are all great people who just won't fail. The website mentions Nathan, but I believe that Leslie, who has been there for decades, just can't be beat, and the list of reasons why is forever long.

I have a trust problem with mechanics. So when a I'm told I need this or that without evidence I become suspicious. Also, with the suggested requirements of certain car manufacturers, it would be nice if actual factory fluids could be available instead of similar products. You will find patrons will pay the extra cost if shown proof of use.

They take good care of my car.

I was quite annoyed with the windshield wiper issue perhaps the man helping was having a bad day.
