Since we moved to Sacramento in 2002 from Rancho Cucamonga, CA, we have taken our various vehicles to your Big O Tire facility. We have been satisfied with the service.

I like that they give you recommendations of what will eventually needs to be done with your car.

I took my car in 2.5 hours before closing with a few things that needed to be done.The parking lot was packed, and I wound up parking on the street, not knowing what to expect because they were so busy. I walked in and Leslie listened to me and we spent 10 minutes figuring it all out. Went to pick up the car 10 minutes before closing and it wasnt quite done. They stayed past closing to finish what they could do.My tire problems were solved with new tires, the oil change was done, and the brakes checked,I only had two more things left to do.I took it back Monday morning to get alignment done, and Rodney took care of things and it was done in just over an hour.Thank you to everyone who helped us, did the work on the car and for being patient with me for bringing the car in so late with many things to be done!

I only said four stars cause having your car worked on sucks no matter where you go! It's not like I have mounds of cash sitting around - BUT this folks were kind and straightforward - they did make some other suggestions which I did those I could pay for - all in all there were on time and maintain their commitments!

I received great customer service when I came in to buy a battery.

I needed service on my Nissan Maximum which required more than tire repair or service. Nathan assured me that they could make the repairs that morning and have it ready before I got off work. They took me to my job and picked me up from work to get my car. That to me is top notch service and repair. I recommend Big O Tire over some dealerships. Thank you.

Pricey but the work is complete and done correctly

Paul was great. I needed a new battery. It was out of stock. He promised me it would be delivered first thing the next morning. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the call at 9:15am not that the required battery was there, but in fact that my car was all ready to be picked up. Thank you!

Much improved from last visit. Nick is great "� got us a tire in 24 hours as promised, got me in and out in under an hour!

Been doing business with Big O for 30 years. Need I say more.

I had struts and shocks replaced as the techs advised to get rid of the weird noise, but it is still there.

I was there last week and they found and fixed my problem!
