I wasn't happy that I couldn't use my Groupon for my oil change. And I kinda think I could have gotten my battery cheaper at Wal-Mart. But I do enjoy being able to not have to drive too far to get my car serviced. Thank you.

It was shocking. After a blowout, I had to buy 2 new tires. While there I had the oil changed. Total cost was over $600. It was near closing time so I didn't check the invoice until I got home at which time I noticed I'd been charged for 10 QTS. of oil. Of course it was refunded but their excuse was that 10 was their program's default amount. Why not make the default 5 QTS. which aligns better to the amount the average car holds? I had them check my 3 previous changes and they were OK.

I'm used to being able to talk to the mechanic who's doing the work, but this time I was told he didn't need to talk to me. The mechanic himself assured me he knew what he was doing and didn't want to hear my questions.

I purchased a set of tires, alignment, balance, oil change, AND TPMS rebuild kit on January 27. I returned that afternoon and made Brian aware that the TPMS remained on. I was that it takes some driving around afterwards for the light to go off. It has now been over a week and I've driven the vehicle at different speeds all around town and the TPMS sensor remain lit. I would like this to be resolved immediately. Thanks Fred Granados

I am 5 for 5 for problems with car service. This was an easy brake replacement and your staff did the job correctly but lost one of my wheel rims on the freeway. Staff did replace them with a cheaper plastic version that worked but I am amazed that every time I get service, from oil changes to brakes, the job has a problem or I need to bring the vehicle back for a second check. I continue to use Big-O for its convenience but am looking for a new nearby repair shop.

I brought my beloved pickup in to diagnose some noises coming from the under-carriage. They performed a thorough examination of the vehicle including a full inspection of the engine. I received a complete estimate of all the work that was needed right away and what would need to be done soon but not immediately. I thought they were fair and honest about the work as this was an older vehicle and I was the 5th owner. Though I decided to spend the money on a down-payment on a new car, I now have a check list for the next owner of what needs to be repaired. It's going to be donated, so I imagine it will be sold for parts. Great service and a lifetime customer. I love Big-O!

Michael was very helpful and appeared to understand what my needs were. However the TPMS issue was not remedied or addressed. The TPMS issue remains and no explanation provided as to why it was not resolved or addressed.

I'm very grateful for the quick, excellent service Lila and her co-workers provided today. From my panicked phone call to completion, they took care of me and a dead battery in about an hour. Great work!
