I've been a long time customer, but I was very disappointed that the battery service I requested was not done to my expectations. The technician who performed the service did a sloppy job, and another technician had to correct his mistake.

I use big all the time. This time there was a lack of communication as to status of work. Took longer but tire got replaced.

I would recommend Big O for tires and alignment, but would double check their costs on brake jobs. I found them to be almost twice the cost of other shops. Their customer service is very good.

I brought in my son -in - laws suv a couple of months ago and you guys did great. Ditto my wife's caddy a couple of weeks ago. Mega dittos for my most recent visit last Saturday - again a bang up job. Superb service, and friendly too.

It took about two hours to have my tires rotated and one tire repaired which I feel is too long a time. In addition my hub cap was not properly attached. I will need to drive over to the shop this morning to have it put back on.

Came in late with an immobilized vehicle. They were glad to store the car and book me for ASAP the next morning, which itself was equally as smooth. The mechanic did forget to replace a couple panels but I'm an easy going enough guy. Excellent service.

I had high hopes that with the new owner of the Folsom Blvd Big O would come better quality control and follow up on service performed. Unfortunately my first experience with them so far has been disappointing. I was having trailer tires replace and required metal valve stems to be installed for future installation of a tire pressure monitoring system. When I picked up the wheels they were loaded for me while I got warranty info off my old tires. When I got home I realized that the valve stems were still rubber. This is a minor item and easily corrected, but would have been simple to get right since it was written on the work order. Also, a simple procedure could be set up so that items specifically on the work order would not be missed. Hopefully things will get better.

The inside of the car was full with greasy fingerprints on a light tan material fabric. The car is only 3 years old and looks new except for the fingerprints. That's on the inside door panel

I was looking to get my tires aligned since I had purchased the 1 Year multiple package. I was two weeks late from the expiration date and they graciously accepted it. They were very friendly and accommodating! I'm definitely a returning customer.

I purchased an alignment service when I bought new tires last year. Unfortunately, they won't book appointments for alignments. I tried twice on Saturdays, but they were too busy. I finally took time off from work so I could get it done. The person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. On a midweek morning, I didn't have to wait too long. However, I think it should be possible to schedule appointments when I have already paid for the service.

This is the 2nd time I purchased tires from Big O and they are always filthy and looks used. Why can't they clean them up BEFORE placing on the car or after. Now the two rear ones looks like they don't belong compared to the two front ones.

Visiting Big O Tires is not a pleasant experience, you walk in the front door and sort of stand awkwardly in the way while the employees try to help those at their kiosks.I stopped by Big O several times and left because it took so long and was so uncomfortable the way it is set up.I came in to have my tires rotated, which is a service I received when I purchased new tires, I would not return if I didn't have to.
