We are six for six in returning our vehicles to fix a completed repair. We regret that we will no longer be taking our vehicles to Big-O-Tires for anything but the purchase of tires. QA/QC is non-existent at the Folsom Blvd. facility. Friendly staff but the mechanics have had to re-due all repairs from brakes to belt replacement.

Didn't realize that tires should be replaced after six years even if the tread is good. I went there to have a flat tire fixed and discovered my tires were nine years old. I was told that tires deteriorate after six years from the inside out. Rather than take a chance of a future blowout and potential crash, I bought four new tires and had a wheel alignment. The next day, I had my A/C tested and it turned out that it needed to be replaced. Since this service could take a few hours to complete, Mike offered to drive me to my house which was nearby and pick me up when the car was ready.

I receive coupons from Big O, but have to bring them in. I spent $1500 and I am sure some of those were under an active coupon which I missed );

Always polite and courteous. Service is prompt but never rushed. Always willing to drop everything just to help put air in my tires. Why would I go anywhere else when I am treated with respect and such care? Thank you all so much for all you do everyday to help make our lives a little better.

I had my tires aligned and when I left I found a small nail in my tire which leads me to believe they didn't check the tires. Was disappointed. It is still there because the tire isn't leaking air.

had a nail in a tire. I got in at 8am. repair done, other tires checked for nails and pressure. I was home at 9am. great job! thanks

Well I took this survey earlier and gave the store all 5's but I called two days ago to get an estimate on fixing my rear wipers (Hadar Nazir) and he said he would call me back within an hour and that was two days ago. Still no word as of today 08/24/17. So I'm taking back my 5 ratings.

didn't like the fact that they were understaffed. Used to have a great shuttle svc to take you home if your car repair was an all-day affair but not anymore due to "understaffing." I spent over $2,000 in repairs and I didn't even get a reminder sticker for next oil change because the printer was out of ink??! seriously? was told several times how understaffed they were. Not a confidence-building statement. I had a brake job and I plan on going back in because my brakes still feel a little soft. I used to go to Mel Rapton because I had such a feeling of trust with them but was talked out of it by several people saying that it's way more expensive at Mel Rapton. I'm not so sure anymore and I'll probably go back to Mel Rapton. Overall == not such a great experience and I feel like I got ripped off.

I've been a customer for a long time. I did not care for the demeanor of the gentleman who checked in me in. He was not helpful and he was not pleasant. When I picked my car up I discovered I could have used an alignment. Whoops, maybe you should have called me? I have no idea what was done on my car. I have a standing policy that I do not beg to buy so I'll be going somewhere else. Pleasant goes a long way with me.

I brought my truck in shortly after 8 AM for an oil change.I was told 2-3 cars ahead of mine.I think it was 12 PM before I got out of there.4 hours for an oil change seemslittle long

It took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation done. What is the point of an appointment, if your guys aren't going to get to the vehicle for hours? The customer is held accountable for being on time, yet your staff isn't?

I did bring in my truck to have an oil / filter change. had an oil leak. i was told the seals needed to be changed. had that done as well as oil change. now i have a rattle under the hood which was not there BEFORE i brought the truck in. Also, the window cleaner fluid was not even looked at so no cleaner fluid when i needed it. Last time i brought the truck in to have the fuel pump replaced, something was not tightened up under the hood and i had to get someone to check it out and tighten up a hose that was not attached completely and also was rattling. i am beginning to wonder about the quality of COMPLETE service that i am receiving from Big-O.

I used your store because it provided me a convenience to where I work. So for me value is also measure in customer detail. Maybe they just had a bad day. I had heard they were short a person. Even so I would not say that your store did not impress me more than any place I could have taken my car on this day.

We have used Sacramento Big O Tires on Folsom and 57th St. for many services including automotive repair, tire purchases and free rotation, and oil changes. We have never had to bring back any of our vehicles because the work wasn't done properly. Staff and workshop people are knowledgeable, professional, and accurate. One suggestion would be to start taking appointments since they are often very busy and we have had to wait longer than necessary at times. Then if people who made an appointment aren't there within 15 minutes of their appointment time, they can go on to the customers waiting and reschedule the no show/late customers another day.
