I was a walk in and needed to get my wife's car serviced. I used a lot of other places, but the one that comes through for me everytime- Big-O

They inspected the car for a noise coming from the wheel, removed a piece of metal (road debris) from the brake pad, and didn't charge me. Took less than 30 minutes. Dan was very nice, showed me the metal and explained how that happens sometimes. Made my appointment for regular service for the coming week. Have done business here before, always excellent service and attention.
