I was told an oil change would take about an hour so decided to wait. Almost 4 hours later I got my car. Set the right expectations!

The store manager was not polite and he appeared to be bothered to help me. When I came back to pick up my truck, he was short, appeared frustrated and was rude to his own employee who was helping me out. Not a great example for customer service. The work on the truck was great though.

I am very unhappy with my most recent visit to this store. I purchase a whole new set of 4 tires and have already had to return with my tire light on 3 times and still feel very uneasy about what they did to my vehicle and plan to take it to Honda next week to make sure everything is okay since the poor job Big O did.

Arrived at the location a little after 8am in need of a tire repair and oil change. I told the staff member I needed to pick up the vehicle by 11pm so I could get my kids from school. I was told it'd be no problem. I called to check on it at 10:30 am and was told it hadn't even been looked at yet. I was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour! I told the staff member on the phone to forget about it because I wouldn't have time and they still l started working on it anyways. It wasn't ready until 11:25am. The man helping me when I arrived to pick it up was very nice and that is the only reason I did not give this review only 1 star.

Although only second in line for service, an oil change became a "three hour tour." I had initially been told 90 min (which seemed oddly long to begin with, but I understand 'underpromising'). My original service rep was great, but when I returned and said I couldn't buy the 4 new tires they were recommending-- and obviously couldn't stay however much longer that would take! -- the new rep was short and borderline rude. I did plan to return on a day I could get a ride to get the tires, but now I'm not so sure.

Arrived early on Saturday morning (7:50am). By 10:00am oil had been changed but vehicle was still awaiting tire rotation. Customer rep. stared at his cell phone and appeared to be mentally unbalanced insisting "I didn't do it!"Decided to leave immediately!

very nice people, but very expensive (overpriced, esp labor).I brought in for several things, including to look at why my driver's side window was slow to raise up, and if there was something they could do to make the driver's door close more slowly (I'm a wheelchair user, and it had started to slam shut).I figured while they had the door panel open they could do both.Nope.They charged $128 to diagnose window as a regulator issue.Wanted additional labor to repair.And they couldn't diagnose the door issue without opening it up again, it was a 'different area'.I won't use them again unless perhaps it is only an issue with my tires.

I was charged $30 to fix mail in one of my tires. I thought that was a little bit much!

I was able to bring my car in without an appointment and get an oil change, tire rotation, get a Tie-end replaced and my alignment redone all in a couple hours! Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.Ill be coming back for more regular maintenance.

I went in for a tire patch and ended up "needing" a new gauge meter inside the tire. I asked the attendant if I really needed it, since it was $100. He said if I didn't get it, the tire pressure light would stay on and it would be "annoying." So I agreed and I paid. The light in the car is still on. They weren't very sympathetic when I called back. I was very disappointed with the service and probably won't go back there.

They did a good job mounting and balancing a new set of high-end Goodyears on my car, and dialing-in the alignment. I am very happy with the results.
