The appointment system works well. Nice to not have to wait hours for service. Enjoy interactions with Leslie Killian. She is pleasant, professional and basically a "one person show"--she seems to be in several places at once to provide excellent service. My vehicle was ready less than an hour following scheduled appointment--amazing!

I made an appointment for a tire replacement that was under warranty and an oil change. Upon arrival the tire had not been ordered and was not in stock. They were unable to replace it and told me I had to come back another day.

I will never buy another Big O tire. I requested a flat repair on my 1990 Toyota p/u the service advisor walked out and immediately checked the sidewall date code on my tire and informed me that Big O does not warranty their tires after 6 years. Mileage was never a question. I stated that I had purchased road hazard for an extra $60 above the original $700 cost of the tires. The advisor repeated that they do not warranty their tires past 6 years and the tires were 2007. I only drive this vehicle 1,000 miles a year, but now the tires are worthless because they refuse to patch the tire with a nail in it. This is the second time I have had a nail in one of these tires and last time about a year ago, they patched the tire and it was hissing when I got home. I also found my fuse box cover laying on top of the engine and it had a big hole melted in it. I called the shop and they said they would check a wrecking yard to find another fuse box cover and call me back. The next day I called again and was informed that they couldn't find another cover and wanted me to bring the truck back in so they could apply silicone to the cover to patch the hole and repair the tire again. I declined and performed the repairs myself. I figured I'd give them another shot at a simple flat repair, but that was obviously a mistake. This was at the Folsom Blvd store Sacramento both times. I have 5 vehicles with a total of 18 tires, I will never buy another tire from Big O tires. Roger, retired auto Tech.

Rodney was very helpful. He did exactly what I asked and other recommendations with explanations with notes. He cares customers and make sure car runs great. I highly recommend deal with him!

I made a 1pm appointment for an alignment, and when I showed up, I get told they dont take appointments, and that I will have to wait 3 hrs for service. I asked for management contact info, and they didn't give me any.

One day after having a simple oil change completed on my Toyota Sienna, the check engine light came on during my drive home. The engine was shuddering from time to time. After checking under the hood, I found one of the filter air housing bolts missing and the second bolt loose. I took the vehicle to the El Dorado Hills Big-O and they were able to install a bolt that worked, but was not the correct one. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem and the check engine light did not clear. The error code was related to an ignition coil problem. I have a hard time telling this issue to the oil change but it is awfully suspicious. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to your station not recommending your shop to anyone. The maintenance light was also not reset.

I recently bought a set of four new tires from the location on L Street, when I noticed a slow leak in a rear tire I brought my car in to have the flat repaired. I didn't brought my car to the local dealership for servicing and some recall issues. When I went to pick up my car that same rear tire had a flat. It was embarrassing. I didn't took my vehicle back to the same Big O on L Street, only for them to tell me that the tire is fine I now have slow leaks in that same tire and then forced to buy a brand new tire elsewhere I called customer service hotline to leave a message for management but phone call was not returned. I will not come back

The oil change coupon said 29.95 and turned out to be 10. dollars more. I can understand extra for one more quart of oil but please include the extra fee for disposal in your coupon, so as to not mislead customers.

Customer service was horrible. My battery was drained while workers replaced a tire sensor. How did I find this out? When I tried to start my car to leave, it was dead. I returned to the office to advise them my car was dead and I was treated like I was bothering them. Nathan said he would go check with the mechanics. He came out with a small portable battery charger. Told me they had to leave the key in and on to replace the sensor. No apology, they didnt recharge the battery or check it apparently to see how much charge was left. My car barely started that evening to go home and did not start the next morning.I had to replace the battery. They should have advised me at time of payment what happened. Big O's slogan says they put the customer first. Not at this location.

Went in with slow leak in my tire (per dash light) second time in two weeks. They were able to put car on lift and found problem (nail) and fixed it. Only complaint and not really a complaint was they estimated it would take one hour and it took two.
