I was not very pleased at the preformance of your customer service. I came in because my heater did not work. I was told that my radiator hose had a leak in it and the problem could be fixed for about 250.00. I agreed to that work and it took 6 hours to do. I payed cash. When they were finished I drove my car to my friends house. That evening it was cold and I turned my heat on and it ran cold air. I took my car back the next day and they took another look at it and said that it had a head gasket problem internally and that the estimate was 1600.00. They told me they could fix it and that it would take about 3 days. I agreed to that also and it took them 1 week and the cost went to 1800. And guess what???? I still don't have HEAT! Now they tell me that they can fix it if I allow them to take off the front panel......FORGET IT , you guys have ripped me off!!!!

I purchased my tires 3 months ago for $1100 and as I always do with the warranty and then I had a wheel weight damage my tire on the freeway I took it to the nearest bigotires in Vacaville as that's where I was working that day and they told me I didn't have the warranty and I needed to go back to the one in Sacramento that I purchased them at.... So I did and they took like 4-5 hours to fix it and then..... Filled them with 20 lbs over what it clearly says right on the tire, at first I was really impressed but now I never want to trust my truck with them again I drive a lot it's my money maker and I would not recommend them to anyone

I purchased my tires earlier this year from Big O on Folsom Blvd (Sacramento, CA)--January 20th to be exact. I returned this past Friday to the same store to get my tires rotated and an oil change (I got a coupon in mail for $29.99). From the time I walked in the store until when I walked out it was a rather frustrating experience. Again, I walked in wanting the $29.99 oil change/tire rotation but that quickly changed to $64 when the salesperson added synthetic oil (which I was not necessarily wanting, just 5W30 oil). I was then told it would be at least 3 hours and "did I have a ride" or wait? I decided to wait. I was then informed after a long period of time that they needed to break off 1-2 of my studs on a tire because the nuts were stuck. I was told it would take even longer while the studs were retrieved for the car. AND, I would have to pay for an hour of labor to have this added into what should have been a routine oil change/tire rotation (so another $160 or so). After pointing out that I purchased the tires and had the work done to mount, etc., at their store, and therefore the issue just might have been at their doing, the salesperson agreed to give a break on labor cost (half). I then proceeded to wait even though I was short on time and then was informed by a tech after waiting that he didn't rotate the tires because of either me being short on time or them not wanting to chance having to run into more stud/nut issues on other wheels. So after about a 3 1/2 hour wait, I got my oil changed and paid for 1-2 new studs...$91! On top of this, as I was clearly frustrated in the store trying to figure out why the tires hadn't been rotated and after giving go ahead to put new studs on, and not having the rotation done, both the tech that was doing the work and the gentleman helping me at the register were basically insinuated that I must have fooled with the tires because they noticed that I had had my last oil change somewhere else (my home, did it myself). I was made to feel I had to justify/explain away any influence I had with my tires. I just wanted an oil change and have my tires rotated!! I spent almost $1,000 for 4 new tires and this is the experience I get returning back? I will not be back to this store. I may find another Big O only so I can try once again to get my tires rotated. Having their computers/credit card machine go down during my visit, although not their fault directly, certainly made for an even more unpleasant experience. This is the second time I purchased tires from Big O but sadly I'm afraid it's the last time. Troy

Big O did a diagnostic for $65.00. listed the wrong parts with an estimate of $650 to fix.My mechanic told me to use a better gas and see if the engine lights went off. They did. I had called the parts manufacturer to see if the rigt parts were isted. Parts manufacturer said those were not the right parts for my car.I called Bog O to let them know the estimate was for wrong parts and they refused to back down. I will never go to Bog O again.

It seems every time I go here it takes longer each time to do things it was over 4 1/2 hours this time and nothing was done all they had to do was look where there was an oil leak.. before that I had the car aligned and the steering wheel was crooked when you drove it so had to bring it back and we waited a long time for that too they also called my home number several times when I asked them to call my cell phone so I didn't know it was done..

I will be taking my van back for the forth time this week! I took my van in for a brake check and tire rotation. I drove to the freeway and at 50 miles an hour there was a bad vibration. It was past closing time so I went later to get things checked out again. They said they balanced two of the tires so I went straight to the freeway. There was no change in the vibration. Took it in on Saturday morning left the van for the day. Received a call that it was ready, they said they test drove it. They said it had a slight vibration but it smoothed out. It wasn't smooth at all. It was the same as it was the first time. My van has never had a vibration like this ever! Hope the forth time might be better than last three visits this week. We have 5 vehicles currently in your system, we have spent a lot of money and time at this big O location. It could be one of our last visits?

Leslie was very rude, horrible customer service and I won't be back because of her. She always has the same (rude) attitude. She kept hanging up on me within 4 seconds of a phone call because she couldn't hear me... but she never apologized. She never even explained why my tire was flat. Another man rang up my bill and when I asked why my tire was flat (hit a nail or what), he said "what do you want to know, we fixed the flat"� in a rude way and couldn't just tell me in a friendly way that there was a screw in my tire. Bottom line- never going back. Worst energy and worst employees EVER! Very rude environment that nobody needs to be pay good money to be around.

The completion time and date was not met, there was a lack of communication from the shop to myself with updates. The tires were installed wrong and I had to take it back in again.

they put in a defective fuel pump that was used. Or they didn't replace it at all . and said they did . charging me 400.00.

I would like to hear more about the high to low options of what I am purchasing. Other than that, I'm always pleased with the service I receive from this store. I like the neighbohood friendliness of the service techs and I like the flexibility in their services.

Had alignment checked - no charge. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get to my car very quickly. Great customer service. Super easy process and knowledgeable staff.
