Great service.

I’ve been going to this big o for 20 years. Sometimes it’s a good experience and sometimes not-so-good. Today was really good and last week I spent $1000 on tires and that was also good. I used to come because a female worked there and I felt comfortable with a woman. Now, there aren’t any women. Hire some, please

Looked up a quote online. Called the next morning for an appointment. They ordered the tires with a deposit. Called me a couple hours before appointment and they received my tires. Showed up for appointment. Big O got me in and out under 2 hours like promised.

When using any product or services Big O Tires have has always be good weather i dropped my SUV off or waited for it. I was able to see some of the technicians come in and to hear technical conversations with service members which helped me understand what my SUV trouble was . Thanks

Keven, Orna, and Hal were all extremely helpful. Keven was extremely thorough in explaining the options for my new tires. He treated me with respect and helpfulness. When it was discovered that my car needed additional services, I was informed by phone right away. When I hesitated on the needed service because of the price, Orna went above and beyond to find me discounts and a rebate that I was eligible for. Hal explained the need for the replacement brakes, and he expressed genuine concerns for my car and my safety. Overall, they are great team. The service was excellent, and the turnaround time for my car was fast. I walked in on a Saturday morning and had my car back by close of day. I will definitely return here in the future. Very trustworthy and helpful!

After the warranty on my vehicle ended the dealership wanted excessive add on services for exorbitant amounts of money. After checking what the needed services for the milage on the vehicle really were, I reached out to Big O, who I had purchased tires and oil changes with, and they quoted me fair and reasonable pricing for what was called for the upkeep of my vehicle. I have gone back to them for all my service needs.
