I have been using this particular Big O Tires for years. Kyle and Hal are amazing!! I travel a lot now that I have retired and there are Big O Tires all over the US so should I have a problem I can find one. I use them for oil changes, alignments, as well as tires with warranties. I have been in multiple locations and because of Kyle and Hal this location is my favorite. I bring my dogs with me for oil changes and love that they are allowed.

Hal was friendly and helpful when I called and allowed me to come in without an appt. Once I arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He had my tire patched and me back on the road quickly.

came in to see why my tire was losing air. Was able to fix for free, since tire was purchased at Big O, and service was done very quickly.

They were crowded, but they still didn't excellent job and finished it when they said they would. I have a package deal so the place was excellent. Thank you Big O

I came in for two tires and oil change and an alignment. At the end they told me that my alignment was fine and took that off the bill! That never happens!

My oil change was done in 45 minutes, and you didn't have an issue with me not being able to pick it up until 3 hours later. Friendly service as always, great work team!

We have been visiting your Big O Tire store since 2002 when we relocated to the Sacramento area from Southern California. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. On the two visits this past week, we had a LOF/Rotation service performed on Wednesday and a purchase/installation of four Big O Tires on Thursday. On Thursday, Thomas took the time to answer questions that we had about the installation of the four new tires. Again, thank you for the excellent service!

Staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The had the battery I needed and were able to install it within an hour.

Leslie was so incredibly helpful through the whole process when I was panicked because no other places could get my tires for days and I had just had a blowout. She also informed me of the lowest price guarantee after I almost went elsewhere. At Big O I had the added benefit of the warranty and service promise and was able to use the Yelp deal to save even more money. I've already recommended this place to my friends and coworkers and two of them made appointments to get their tires done!

Kyle Scarlett made the whole process of spending money on tires "not fun" easy and smooth. He's great.
